The Superior King Room had a comfortable layout, with decent views despite the busy road. It features a stylish design and a spacious interior, making it feel quite inviting for relaxing after a day of exploring.
A lack of shelving in the bathroom was a hassle when getting ready, forcing me to place my essentials on a wet sink. The noisy road made daytime naps nearly impossible with windows closed, and the doors slammed loudly, giving interruptions from others coming and going. having just one loo roll in the room felt inadequate, especially when it was already partially used.

Breakfast was a real treat with fresh options and perfectly cooked dishes. On top of that, the room was spotless, and the staff had a friendly vibe that made our stay truly enjoyable.
The location is a bit remote from pubs for the evening, but we found the Horse & Farrier nearby. Plus, the stairs were a tad steep, yet manageable.
